ARNIE STEIN, CRS, CRB, team leader, coaches and leads the team and is the mastermind behind all marketing efforts. Arnie contacts customers and clients, lists properties and conducts negotiations, when needed, on final contracts. He brings together the management and salesmanship skills that make the entire real estate experience “World Class” for you! Arnie has received countless awards and was selected as one of the “Top Prudential Real Estate Agents in the World,” achieving the prestigious Chairman’s Circle for 10 years in a row.

KAREN STEIN, Licensed Realtor for 12 years, Graduate of the University of Denver, Majored in Education. Karen was previously in the Denver retail business with her family before starting a career in Real Estate. Karen has been a volunteer at Rose Memorial Hospital since she was 16. Furthermore, she is active and has had leadership roles in many civic organizations throughout the city. Karen is extremely well known in the community and is considered a “rainmaker.” She serves as buyer’s agent for the Team.

JOSH RUTH, Josh is originally from New York and has been living in Colorado for the last 9 years. Real Estate is in Josh’s genes – his family owns a 113 year old real estate company in New York, and he has been living and breathing the business since the day he was born. A graduate of Colorado State University, Josh has a strong background in marketing and public relations and has put these tools to good use in the Real Estate industry. As part of one of Denver’s “Top Producing Teams,” Josh has helped clients buy and sell houses all over the metro Denver area. Although LoDo is where Josh does most of his business (and lives), he has an in-depth knowledge of the metro area as a whole and has proven to be successful all over town.
