Josh takes great pride in being associated with the RE/MAX brand at RE/MAX Masters, Inc. For the last 7 years Josh has been a part of one of Denver's Top Producing Teams, and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer in the Denver real estate market with average sales volume exceeding $10 million.
Josh's team has been ranked in the top 1% in sales volume by the Denver Board of Realtors for 7 of the past 8 years. From 2008-2010, Josh and his team increased their business by over 10% in one of the most challenging real estate markets in our lifetime. Also in 2008, Josh earned the designation Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).
Over the years, Josh has worked with some of the greatest clients a real estate broker could ever ask for. Josh has helped clients buy and sell real estate all over the Denver Metropolitan area. Josh has an in-depth knowledge of the Metro area as a whole and the powerful marketing campaigns that Josh implements for his Sellers, as well as the time and dedication he provides for his Buyers, have proven to be successful all over town. Josh has also helped clients relocate to and from Denver and has worked with a number of national corporations and members of our Armed Forces.
Josh is originally from New York and has been living in Colorado for the last 13 years. Real Estate is in Josh's genes; his family owns a 116 year old real estate company in New York, and he has been living and breathing the business since the day he was born.
A graduate of Colorado State University, Josh has a strong background in marketing and public relations and has put these tools to good use in the real estate industry. While attending CSU Josh gained valuable marketing experience while working for KBCO, the Colorado State University Athletics Department and was also a member of the 2001 Men's Lacrosse National Championship team.
